Digital Products

Our courses, PDFs, tests and study material are digital products. Once access is activated or content is downloaded/viewed, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered for duplicate payment, payment deducted but access not activated, or a technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method as per payment gateway and banking timelines.
